How It Works

Forklift Gateways
Each forklift is equipped with a reader that continuously tracks its position within the facility.
As the forklift moves, the reader identifies and registers the position of any assets equipped with tags that it transports.

Tags
Each asset is fitted with an active tag that communicates with the forklift's reader.
When an asset is picked up or dropped off, its position is recorded, including its 3D location, considering the height of the forks, allowing for precise identification of assets even when stored in racks or stacked on top of each other.

Data and Dashboard
The collected data is transmitted to a central system and displayed on a cloud-based dashboard.
This dashboard provides real-time visibility into forklift operations, asset locations, and overall inventory management.
It also supports API integration for seamless integration with existing warehouse management systems.
