How It Works

Forklift Gateways
Each forklift is equipped with a reader that continuously tracks its position within the facility.
As the forklift moves, it detects and registers tools equipped with tags, recording their pickup and drop-off locations.

Each tool is fitted with a compact active tag that communicates with the forklift's reader.
When tools are transported or placed, their position is automatically recorded, including 3D coordinates when stored on shelves or racks.

The collected data is transmitted to a centralized, cloud-based dashboard.
This dashboard offers real-time visibility of tool locations, usage patterns, and forklift activities.
The system integrates seamlessly via API with internal inventory or tool management software.
