How It Works

Each active tag will be attached to each asset, that are engineered to function efficiently in challenging industrial environments, including metal-heavy areas, ensuring reliable performance across various production stages.

Gateways
Strategic placement of gateways throughout the facility ensures comprehensive coverage, which will capture data from the tags, allowing for real-time tracking of assets as they move through different production processes.
They also identify each as they pass through key checkpoints, enabling accurate monitoring of production line timings and process flow.

Data Transmission and Dashboard
The data collected by the gateways is transmitted to a central system, accessible via a cloud-based dashboard.
It also supports API integration, enabling incorporation into existing manufacturing and process management systems.
